🔆🍎Kindergarten Round-Up is March 25th at 5:30 p.m.!🍎🔆
🟣 Students do not need to come as they will be seeing their Kindergarten classroom with their Preschool teachers. They will also be able to come to the Open House in August.
🟣 You may bring along your child's updated immunizations, vision exam, and/or physical, but you can bring them in August as well.
🟣 There were some forms sent out that had South Central still on them. We will have the new forms at Round-Up to be filled out. If you won't make it , Kelsy can send the forms home or mail them.

A select number of 9-12 students were chosen by teachers to participate in Actions day tomorrow at CCC-Hastings. Those students have received an email with the tests they are scheduled for. Weather permitting, students need to be here by 7:30 am Wednesday morning.

Sorry for the late notice, tomorrow's lunch is being switched with Wednesday's meal. We will have crisptios tomorrow.

Reminder!
We are holding Preschool Round-Up on March 18th at 6:00 PM at the Lawrence/Nelson Elementary School.
‼️ Returning preschoolers (this year's half day students) will bring their paperwork home with them TODAY. You will not need to attend PreK Round-Up as it is for new families! Your spot isn't guaranteed, so please get the paperwork back as soon as possible.
‼️New incoming preschoolers will be receiving their application in the mail. If you are planning to send your child to preschool and do not receive one, please contact the school and we will get one sent out to you.
🔆What to bring to Round-Up🔆
~You do not need to bring your child. The meeting is for parents, information, and paperwork. Students will get to see their classroom and meet with their teacher in August at the Open House.
~ A completed, full application.
~A list of most current immunizations.
~A copy of their Legal Birth Certificate. (Not the hospital issued one.)
~ Make sure to also schedule a physical and dental exam before school starts in August.

It's that time of year to sign your summer ball player up for T-Ball, baseball, or softball!

High School Winter Concert--Tuesday, March 11th @ 7:00!!


LN Elementary had a fun-filled day today to end Read Across America week! Thank you to the Nuckolls County Extension Office and the following LN High School groups for helping make today happen: National Honor Society, Spanish 2, and Art students.











To celebrate National Read Across America Week, L/N Elementary got to participate in some fun activities! The Extension Office came to teach the students about the science behind popping popcorn, and the art room made Cat in the Hat crafts. In the gym, students played a friendly game of kickball. The National Honor Society helped the students work together to put puzzles together, and Spanish students from the HS had the kids play Bingo in Spanish! It has been a very exciting day so far!
