DISTRICT GOLF ACTION--Tuesday, May 20th

Last week the elementary Raiders had some fun before the track & field events started! The FFA and drama students brought some animals for a petting zoo, & the drama students taught the kids how to play charades! The Lawrence Volunteer Fire Dept & EMTs taught us about the ABCs - airway, breathing, & circulation.
A big thank you to everyone who helped make this day possible! It was a great day!

Also, seniors and parents, please look in your graduation gift baskets and double-check through all of your cards. A student is missing a white envelope of photos that the yearbook staff put in them, and so far we have not had any luck locating it. We are hoping we accidentally put it in the wrong basket. Please reach out to Mrs. Haba (kylee.haba@lnraiders.org) if you find it. Thank you in advance.

Throughout the year, we have celebrated the many accomplishments of our student athletes. This year we had three students sign their letters of intent to continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level.
Hanna Skinner signed with Hastings College to play volleyball.
Josie Hajny signed with Mid Plains Community College in McCook to continue her rodeo career.
Addi McCloskey signed with Doane College to play volleyball.
Throughout their time at Lawrence-Nelson, these students have accomplished so much, representing L-N in positive ways as both athletes and as role models.
Congratulations ladies! We are excited to see where life takes you.
