The 4th graders have been learning about the Oregon Trail and how people traveled across the country in the early days of the country.
Today they were put into family groups that had to work together to decide what choices they would make as they "traveled" along the Oregon Trail. There were a lot of great discussions & even some "casualties" along the way, but also lessons learned. 🦬🌳🗺️⛰️⛺️
Jim Sullivan, financial advisor with Edward Jones of Superior, talked to the Personal Finance class about different options when it comes to saving and investing. He had some really good tips to help them with financial planning. It's never too early to start saving!!
